This updated 1/1.5 unit has hardly been lived in. Cabinets and Countertops in the kitchen have been resurfaced. Master bathroom has a new vanity. Unit tiled throughout and has an enclosed tiled patio. Each floor has its own laundry room. There is really nothing to do here except move right in!
